Postal Charges
England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands
75 cm items will be sent in a postal tube by Royal Mail. 150 cm items will be sent in a long postal tube by courier - this increases the postal cost.
UK Islands, NI & Scottish Highlands
All items will be cut down to 75 cm length and sent by Royal Mail unless this postal charge is added to the basket.
Europe and Rest of the World
75 cm long items will be sent by Airmail post at low cost. Longer items will be sent by courier - this will increase the shipping charge considerably.
If even numbers of 75 cm long items are ordered we reserve the right to send half the number of 150 cm items to simplify packing.

Great product, good packing and delivery.
Searched everywhere for this size rod, this is one of the few places in the UK to stock it. Hope to stop the wing flex on my Ranger 1600 glider. Brilliant delivery in 1 day.
I found the 7mm aluminium rod on my ROC Hobby 2200 electric glider was bending so I ordered this 7mm carbon rod to replace it.
Although it's longer, it's light enough that I simply tapped off the depth limiting washer from the old rod, CA'd it to the new one and use it without needing to cut it to length.
As always, very quick service from Neil and he's always been most helpful whenever I've phoned him for advice.
For me it's not only about price, service counts for a lot and Hyperflight can't be faulted on either.
As per previous poster, I bought this to lighten up a spirit elite ARF kit. In terms of diameter it fits exactly. It is also a lot lighter, the original steel rod weighed 98grams, this carbon rod cut to the same length is only 19grams.
I bought this 7mm carbon rod to use instead of the steel wing joiner in my Great Planes Spirit Elite glider. By doing this, and replacing the heavy wire elevator and rudder push rods with plastic snake ones, I was able to chop 4oz off the weight.
