Description
At only 10mm thick this great wing-servo can easily fit in thin glider and jet wings. With a massive 5.2kg.cm torque the KST DS135 is appropriate for F3F, F3B, F3J, F5J, all fast gliders, and jets.
No longer supplied with metal output arms.

Another nice servo from KST , ideal for what I have intended but do remember this model is only quoted as having a 4.8v & 6.0v user voltage ! Only time will tell what their long term performance is like.

Great Servo's very reliable and solid at speeds approaching 200mph with my 2m DS gliders.
I've got 4 or these in the wings of an old Valenta Thermik. The wings had been re-surfaced with vinyl and the control surfaces were a bit stiff leading to some stalling on the (20 year old?) original servos.
The KST DS135MG were an ideal replacement: 5Kg+ in a 10mm housing. No stalling now! I also updated the wing with the frame and bearing housing for a slop free fitment.
Quality servos with top performance and reliability at a great price. Why wouldn't you want to use them.
The JST servo is high performance servo at a reasonable price point and with Hyperflights excellent and immeduate zttention on orders, what is not to love.

These servos buzz a fair amount as they seem to hunt for neutral point.
The servo's, like the service from Hyperflight were as usual first rate.
KST DS135MG wing servos work great in my Zefiros glider. Shipment from Hyperflight is fast even though I live in the United States.
I bought 6 servos and one turned out to be defective, the seller gave me a discount on the servo and delivery of about 40 %, but I still lost some money about 30 $

For a "side mount" servo these are the best I have found.
Bought two of these to replace MKS 6125s, one of which had a potentiometer failure. I changed over to KSTs years ago, and have never had problems with them ( unlike the vastly overrated MKSs). Delivery was the following day.

One out of four servos was dead on arrival - zero resistance across the power leads. I'd soldered direct into a tight wing installation when I found this, so out it came. Apparently removing the plug counts as "modifying the servo" so I'm only due 50% cashback, which I still await. I'd have some sympathy to this - if there's a credible way in which removing the plug could cause an internal short circuit, I'd accept zero. But apparently I should be "grateful" for this level of service. So much for supporting the independent toy shop owner like we used to do with Addlestone Models 35 years back - next time I'll show my gratitude to Hobbyking.

The customer modified the servo and then wanted it replaced when he found it wasn't working. I gave him a voucher for 50% of the cost so he could prurchase a replacement at half price but he was not happy with this.

I purchased 1 of these too use as a spoiler servo in a Circle Dancer 3000 kit, very smooth & good centering , finish on these servos is excellent,
I ordered these over the Christmas/New Year period and delivery was very quick.
These were purchased to replace the aging (worn) wing servos in an X Models 2.5m Swift glider. The visual quality is on a par with Servos that cost twice as much. Having fitted them the control surfaces are now totally slop free. I flew the glider yesterday and the control response felt very precise and locked in, even though conditions were on the marginal side for this glider. Still to give them a real test at ballistic speeds but I feel confident these won't dissapoint. KST servos will be my go to servo from now on as will Hyperflight. Great service from Niel.

I was in a rush after burning out my Flap servos on my Typhoon on a late Thursday night, Ordered them then and there and they arrived for me 9am Saturday morning. Was back out on the slopes again that afternoon!.

Nice thin wing servos which centre well.
I bought 4 of these following recommendations from other RC flyers. They centre perfectly with no slop and movement transition is very smooth. I would highly recommend these servos to others and next time I need slim wing servos I will buy more of these without hesitation. Delivery from Hyperflight was very quick i.e they arrived next day from ordering. I'm a very happy customer.

I was looking for a dependable, high-speed and precise thin-wing servo for my competition F5J/ALES gliders. These fit the bill perfectly. I've been using them for 5 years and have not had a single one fail me. I've currently have 16 of them in service and they are absolutely fantastic!

Excellent quality servo which I have used to replace a pair of old HS125 on the ailerons. The complete lack of 'play' at the servo horn makes quite a contrast to what modellers used to put up with on the old analog servos. Very good value for money.

I have tested these and they seem to have substantially more torque than the competing product I had tried before.
Also seem very precise with excellent centering and very little slop if any.
Very nice little servos with good torque and little slop in the gear train im using 2 of these in my LET Ventuscx 6 meter glider for the air brakes and work extremley well .And also resonably priced plus once again rang on one day got them the next from hyperflight, thats very good service.

To be fair i've not tested the servos in anger yet but the advice I got was friendly and helpful and the delivery almost quicker than I thought possible. With service like that you start to realise why local hobby shops are disappearing!
