Make a really neat and lightweight connector for 2 servo wing. They are tricky to solder because there is no obvious tab so solder to. Install is tricky too because there are no pins or housing to align the 2 parts. Not for beginners.

This works very well but is difficult to solder due to the small size. However once done works great.

super light weight and good contact surface. Never had an issue with it. Just make sure you mount it perfectly aligned.

Excellent service and Very nice pieces but way too small, 10mm x 10mm no obvious place to solder wires to and very small gaps between contacts. Soldering would have to be excellent to get a good fix and not spread to other tabs, then you would have to fix very securely to prevent movement but again no obvious mean to secure it other than glue the whole thing up with no future access.

. I would be concerned that if used in a wing connection point, as I had planned there may be sufficient movement to cause hours of work to become a ground dart. Or it may be my skills are lacking.

I've now opted for Db9 Male And Female Rs232 9 Pin Wire Solder Serial Port Plug C R2D9 (old computer monitor connectors) as I have the space, these offer mounting points and solid contacts with nine clear wire attachment points

Good concept on connection , but not a very good solder point on either part . rather weak .

Just fitted a pair of these for the wing/pod connection on my Super Ava. I didn't find them too difficult to solder or work with. A really nice connector - will use them again.

A1 service and shipping, goods arrived well packaged in a sturdy cardboard container. Appears to be well made, light, not yet installed, article as described.

Hard to align properly. Two alignment holes would help a lot.

Great product none better I looked I will be buying a bunch more

Fitted four to my Multiplex Heron 2.4m electric sailplane, which is of Elapor foam construction. These components might not seem like a natural choice for a “foam” model, but since this one has plug-in quick-release wings, it made sense to enhance this design feature. Assembly/take apart at the flying site is now very quick and easy. Very pleased.

I found it took longer to install them than I had anticipated. This is a reflection on the type of model/wing fixing design rather than the components themselves. Plenty of ingenuity and care was needed. Accurate alignment/set-up is vital to ensure robustness and reliability in use. Soldering area is small, I used a fine tipped 15w iron.

Just installed the connector on two DLG's. Easy to install and very secure... very happy.

not used them yet very small ideal for small models time will tell

i am building a large flying wing and need to transfer servos cables from wing to fuselarge and was looking at various connectors and i came across the compression connecters from Hyperflight and sent for a set,these are quite easy to fit BUT ALIGMENT HAS TO BE SPOT ON between wing and fuselarge i do like these and will be buying some more.

Such a great connector!
Was easy to build in.
On the field don't have to deal with the wires,just stick the wing onto the fuselage and fly!

Just put 2 sets on my Taser. Easy connect and the contact is no problem. Nice connectors!
